The use of the CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE EXPERT® mark is limited to institute members who have earned the designation, or recognitions and are active members in good standing with The REAL ESTATE EXPERT INSTITUTE, LLC.

Requirements to earn and receive the CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE EXPERT™ designation are as follows:
 Requirements To Apply For CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE EXPERT™ Designation

Qualification Requirements:

-Must Be A Member of Real Estate Expert Institute™ Applicant must be a member of the Real Estate Expert Institute, whereas they will be recognized as an industry professional who has made a commitment to continued, excellence, education, and knowledge in the real estate sales field.
-Must have been a licensed real estate agent/broker for at least 12 consecutive months prior. Applicant must have held a valid real estate license for at least the previous 12 months prior to application.

-Must be able to provide proof of 12 documented sales for the previous year. Applicant must have had 12 previous sales in the year prior to application. (Also may qualify with $1,800,000 in volume sold in previous year)

  Members who have met the above requirements must complete 24 credits of education from the courses listed below:

-Expert Advantage Differentiation™

In A Rapidly Changing, And New Era Of Real Estate. Course includes full outline, analysis, and explanation of the importance of differentiation in this new age of real estate, and the importance of literally being the “go to” Expert™ for consumers in their marketplace. It also includes the importance of being balanced & well versed in all aspects of the current market. (3 Credits)

-Expert Advantage Positioning™ Through Data & Analytics Course includes knowledge, tools, and systems to not only become a true Market Expert™, but to be able to clearly articulate the data to consumers in a way they can understand, and value the advice. 3 Credits
-EXPERT Lead Generation & Conversion System™ Course includes knowledge, tools, and systems to become a CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE EXPERT™ in Lead Generation, Campaign Creation, Campaign Tracking, Campaign Measurement, and increasing Campaign Efficiency. In Lead Conversion, Lead Capture, Lead Distribution, Value Propositioning, Email Drip Campaigns, Inside Sales, Outsourcing, and Key Performance Conversion Tracking. 3 Credits
-EXPERT Advantage Home Buying System™

 Course includes knowledge, tools, scripts, and systems to become a CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE EXPERT™ using the EXPERT™ Home Buying System. You will learn the 8 Steps to Close and Managing the Buyers Mindset to Leverage Time, 3 Credits
E-XPERT Advantage Home Selling System™ Course includes knowledge, tools, scripts, and systems to become a CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE EXPERT® using the EXPERT™ Home Selling System. You will learn Home the 3 Selling Axioms, the 4 Selling Cornerstones, and the 8 Steps to Close. 3 Credits
-EXPERT Advantage Lifetime Client Value™

(Customer Relationship Management) Course includes knowledge, tools, scripts, and systems to become an EXPERT™ using the EXPERT™ Customer Relationship Management System. You will learn how to transition your business from a Linear income stream to a business with Exponential Growth. Turn one time clients into Raving Fans and systematically serve their needs while gaining 25X the value of the initial transaction. 3 Credits
-Expert Advantage Short Sale System™ Course includes the most up to date knowledge, tools, scripts,and proven systems to effectively help homeowners desperately in need, all while minimizing risk.This system was put together with the input of top Short Sale Experts™ across the country, and has generated up to an 85+% success rate. 3 Credits

-REO Expert Advantage™ System Course includes the most up to date knowledge, tools, scripts,and proven systems to list & sell REO properties on a dominating level. Breaking down both the listing & buyer side of the “niche” into work-flow, staff, over-delivering for massive leverage. It also covers how to effectively represent buyers of a “foreclosure,” or “Corporate owned” home. 3 Credits

 Once the applicant completes 24 education credits, they are eligible to apply for the CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE EXPERT DESIGNATION™. There is no fee for the application. Once approved by the board, The Real Estate Expert Institute will issue the applicant their designation. (Applicant may apply Experience Credits to required education requirements of 24 hours)

 *Annual Renewal & Continuing Education are required to use the designation after the first year, and each year thereafter. As part of the Real Estate Expert Institute’s focus on education & expertise each designee must complete 6 credits of continuing education in that year to receive renewal approval from the board.

-EXPERT Advantage™ Key Performance Indicator Tracking Advanced level training on implementing performance metrics to be able to manage your sales, team, and business in real time, by using simple tracking systems. 1/2 Day
